Dear Parents and Guardians, Happy March! As we welcome the arrival of spring, there is a renewed sense of energy and growth throughout our hallways. This month is always a highlight of the school year, filled with Read Across America activities or Spring Break, and it is a joy to see our students flourishing both academically and socially. STAAR Testing: Looking Ahead As we head into the final weeks of the third quarter, I want to share an important reminder that the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) is just around the corner. These assessments are an opportunity for our students to showcase the incredible hard work they have put in since August. While we want our students to take these assessments seriously, we also want them to feel confident and prepared rather than pressured. At Bruni Elementary, our goal is to ensure every child feels supported and ready to do their best. Thank you for being our partners in your child’s education.
